How To Reduce Pain From Period? In Chinese Version

今天想跟大家分享如何减少或预防经痛在女生经期间。这个文章想用华语写～因为避免男友纠正我！（他的职业病）哈哈哈。 好。大家是否和我一样，时常都会有经痛？（其实我也都痛到习惯了！）可是可以避免就避免，因为真的很痛很痛。男生是不会懂得！！其实在面子书也看到许多相关的文章，也参考了一下下。毕竟我也不是医生嘛～尝试一下也无妨啊～

以下有几种方法希望可以帮助你减少或预防经痛哟～

1。可以煲煲红糖姜水（姜汤）

姜汤可以舒缓经痛，补气养血。

做法其实很简单，

（1）大枣洗净，备用。生姜洗净，切丝。

（2）锅中加适量水，放入大枣和红糖。用勺子搅拌几下，防止红糖粘锅。

（3）盖上盖子，煮20分钟，放入姜丝。再煮5分钟即可食用。

代茶频饮，趁热喝。因红糖具有活血化瘀的作用，经期不宜多喝。经期量少的人，可以在经期适当喝一些。红糖姜汤适合于寒湿凝滞型痛经，经前或经期小腹冷痛，得热症状减轻，经期量少，色紫黑夹有血块，四肢发冷，脸色苍白的人适宜服用红糖姜汤。

2。可以使用保暖袋

大家也应该熟悉保暖袋吧。其实老人家也常提起，用保暖袋也以舒缓经痛。

用法其实很简单，

（1）购买保暖袋。

（2）将热水倒进保暖袋中。（小心热水烫）

（3）将保暖袋的口关起来。

（4）把它放在腹部即可。

现在科技发达，大家不妨可以尝试去找找电子保暖袋。就是说只要开电就可以把保暖袋弄热，不需要装热水。大家不妨去淘宝找可爱的保暖袋哦！

3。乖乖呆在家

减少经痛最好方法就是乖乖呆在在家。在家可以躺着，依赖在床上。妈妈说经痛是无可避免的。大家可以趁这个机会呆在家休息，看看电视节目。或者对妈妈撒撒娇～哈哈

4。经期后煲煲八珍汤

八珍药材是有补血的功效。大家可以尝试在家附近的药材店可以找到它。价钱也很便宜，只要八到十块钱。

做法很简单，

（1）将水倒入锅中。（只要半锅就可以了）

（2）当水沸腾的时候将药材放入锅中。

（3）用小火把它慢煲 20分钟即可食用。

5。最后方法，请医生求助

这个方法是最快最有效的。因为不是每个女生都可以舒缓到经痛。身为男朋友的你不妨陪陪她，多关心她。如果她再痛到不行就带她去看看医生吧～

以上方法大家不妨可以尝试或作为参考～ 男朋友的角色也很重要。在女生经期间，脾气会很暴躁。多体谅她，迁就她，多陪陪她。因为其实她也不想脾气那么暴躁的～ （这男友最清楚，我的无理取闹）

[Beauty Tips] A Day Before Valentine's Day

Hi girls!! Today gonna share some beauty tips with you. What to do a day before valentine's day? i think some of you feel quite excited for that, you may excited on where boyfriend will bring you out and what did boyfriend brought for you. lol~ Same as me for last year. As you know that my boyfie not in malaysia~ so what i can do is post a valentine's card for him.. :(

So what to do a day before valentine? BE PREPARE! Do a mask for your face to relax and be pretty on tomorrow! i always like to do this when i have an important date! because a healthy and pretty face will give me more confident on that date~ LAZY is not an excuse for being a pretty girls.

You may do a cleansing mask for clean all the dusk in your face. If you really feel lazy, you can just do a sleeping mask. It helps you to moisture you skin and recover your skin at night :)

Another thing is did a light make up on the valentine's day

Boyfie said boys don't like the thick makeup. He said because he feel so fake or so scary for girls who have the thick make up (=_=). So you may just apply a little amount of makeup which will makes you looks good and gorgeous on that day! (so that he can feel like he has an very pretty girlfriend compare to his friends' one) 

Next is wear your favorite piece! Normally i will wear like a princess when i outing with boyfie~ lol~ i don't know why. Maybe this is the only chance i can wear whatever i like to wear without any complain and comment. LOL~

This is how i wear last years~ i like to wear one-piece dress. The reason is i do not need to worry what to match for the top and bottom! Just one piece dress and a high-heels shoe. And most important is boyfie love it so much! Haha~

Do brought a flower or a gift for your girls. It will disappointing them if you didn't buy anythings. The gift is not a must go for an expensive one~ at least buy her a flower~ so that she can show off to their friends that SHE also received a flower form her boyfriend and how romance that the boyfriend did~ or you may buy a chocolate for her, she may very happy on that. Please don't so 'Kiam Siap' (Stingy) on valentine! Because she may blame you on the other day after she saw her friend's valentine's gift.

Gathering with the NS Leng Luisss in 2014

Hello everyone! Today gonna share with you the gathering with the NS lengluisss~ actually we have gathering every year in Chinese New Year! Yeah~ this year manage to gather again!! Hehe~ 

We manage to gather at Starbucks Aeon station 18 this year~ well I think most of us also like Starbucks' coffee~ and the most important things is Starbucks have the wifi!!! Nowadays we can't live without the wifi! 

Yes~ I fat around 3kg after I back to hometown! The reason is mama always cook the delicious food and asked me to finish it! :( nvm~ gonna keep fit after the Chinese New Year!! My face!! As round as a fishball now!! Lol

We chat all the non-sense and laugh all the way!! Thankyou the photographer~ lol~ actually we force him to take picture of us!! Sorry la~ Hahahahaha~ girls always like to snap picturessssss!

Let me introduce to you! This is Sunny!! She is one of my best friends! Our birthday just different in one day!! Can you believe that?! Lol~ this is true!! 

This is mei kee~ she is like blur blur one~ always get bully by others~ maybe her attitude is quite soft~ lol~ last time I like to "curi-curi" get into their dom and sleep together with she and sunny! She is so beautiful now!! 

This one is me!! The most talkative one!! Lol~ 

This is Mun San~ we called her as Mun Mun~ she is a pretty girls also~ actually she is like our "da jie"~ cause last time we get bully by the Malay boys she is the one who stand out and protect us in the NS!! 

This is choi keen! We called her as keen~ she is also a pretty girls!! All the Ipoh girls are the pretty girls!! She is the pretty piano teacher!! And she has a engineer boyfie! Lol~ 

This is the photographer of the day! He is the one we ask him to take photo of us~Lol~ This is the post we force him to pose also~ we are so evil!! Hehe~This is the new friend today~ she is keen's friend~ he is the Sam tet boy. Maybe boyfie know him?? Gonna ask boyfie tonight! Lol~

We chat like no body there today~ and the boy like....so boring! I can feel that actually~ lol!!

Using the Lumix GF6! The picture so nice right?! See!! This is the reason why I'm so dilemma about choosing the camera!! GF6 or Sony nex 5T?! Hmmmm.......

Ya ma~ today just no moody to selfie, don't know why~ maybe my hair is so messy today!! :( :(
