5 Ways To Reduce Hair Fall

Do you having hair fall problem like me? Ya. I'm having hair fall problem :( sometimes I really thought that I might have cancer because my hair fall problem getting more serious. :( lol. Hair fall is a common problem that people face these days. Hair loss can be due to various reasons.

There are several ways to reduce the hair fall. We might have to try by today?

1. Sleep more than 6 hours per day.
I know it is a very hard to do it especially being a student. Cause we have to do a lot of assignment every semester. The only way is we have to finish the assignment as early as possible so that we can sleep like no tomorrow~ lol. Sleep more than 6 hours is very important, it can make yourself more healthier and reduce hair fall problem as well.

2. Comb your hair before you wash your hair
It is one of the effective way to reduce your hair fall problem. The reason is we comb our hair before wash hair is to avoid the hair knotted. Hair knotted might lead to serious hair fall problem. Try to avoid taking hot water baths as hot water opens the pores, making your hair follicles brittle leading to hair fall. 

3. Get a hair massage
Get a hair massage oil is the best treat that you can give to your hair. Rub the oil into your scalp for at least 5 to 10 minutes to restore the moisture of your tresses as this will replenish the hair roots and provide them intense nourishment. You can use massage your scalp with coconut, almond, neem, amla or olive oil.
Or you might buy the hair tonic to substitute the hair massage oil too! It might help to reduce the hair fall problem.

4.Choose a healthy lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle is the key to keep you fit overall. Say NO to smoking and alcohol as they aggravate the problem of hair fall.

5. Trimming damaged and Split end hair
Trim the damaged hair whenever it gets damaged. Even if it is left it untrimmed, it cannot suddenly turn to be good. Trimming should be accompanied with ensuring you have removed all the split ends. You now have healthy hair to take care of. Trimming should be done on a regular basis of about 8 to 10 weeks and should be targeting to get rid of the damaged hair as well as the spilt ends only. Most people try as much as possible to avoid this care tip and secret for growing long hair which is necessary.
